Instructions on how to post a position

Logging In

1. Enter Your Credentials:

  • Input your six-letter login name into the Login box
  • Type your six-character password into the Password box
  • Click the Login button

Jobs

Adding Jobs

1. Initial Setup:

  • If this is your agency's first login, you must add at least one hiring administrator
    (see Adding Departments/Admins below)

2. Select a Slot:

  • Choose a slot for your job listing under vacancy slots. You can view slots in two
    ways
  • ALL SLOTS: Displays all slots for your district
  • BY DEPARTMENT/ADMIN: Shows slots specific to selected departments or
    admins, making it easier to manage without sifting through others' listings
  • After choosing all slots or department/admin, click LIST

3. Place a Job Vacancy:

  • Select a blank slot or overwrite an existing slot by clicking the REPLACE link
  • Fill out the job details in the form that appears, then click SUBMIT
  • If errors are detected, correct them as indicated and try SUBMIT again

Editing Jobs

1. Modify Listings:

  • For used slots, you will see an EDIT link alongside the REPLACE link
  • Use the EDIT link to make minor adjustments or corrections
  • Use the WIPE link to clear a slot if the vacancy has been filled

Departments/Admins

Adding New Departments/Admins

1. Create New Entries:

  • Click the ADD button
  • Enter the details for the new department/admin and click ADD at the bottom right of the form

Deleting Departments/Admins

1. Remove Existing Entries:

  • Click the DELETE button
  • Select the department/admin from the list and click the delete button on the form
  • All job slots associated with this department/admin will be cleared. If replacing a
    person, use the REPLACE option instead

Replacing Departments/Admins

1. Update Details:

  • Click the LIST button to view current departments/admins
  • Each entry has a REPLACE button that opens a form to update the department/admin’s name, phone number, and email address
  • After adding, deleting, or replacing a department/admin, click the REFRESH button to update the dropdown menu.
